Navajo
Studies Subject Guide
San Juan College has
a wide variety of resources about the Navajo people and culture.
These resources cover many fields of study (such as history, politics,
and economics). They can be useful for general research on
the Navajo Nation and for factual or ready reference questions.
The following guide is organized by type of resource (books, journal
articles, newspapers, etc.) and by subject (such as education, economics,
etc.). These are meant to provide initial help in finding and selecting
resources.
If you have any questions
about the material described in this guide, please contact the Reference
Librarian. Please note that some of the links to these resources
can only be used in the library. Off-campus access is provided
to San Juan College students. Please see the Reference Librarian.
