Video
on the Dome
The planetarium show
may either be a "Seasons of the Sky" show (which is a basic contellation
and mythology study), or a combination of a shorter constellation
show and a "Video on the Dome" segment. This is a video of 30 minutes
or less (usually) in length. We have an extensive list of videos,
so I will list some of the more popular ones here. Also remember
that if you only want to list a subject matter, I will try to match
an appropriate program to that subject. If however, you would really
prefer a complete list of programs, one can be mailed to you upon
request. ( * Notice that on all three mornings on which presentations
are offered, a group could schedule both the 9:30 a.m. and 11:00
a.m. timeslots for extended programming, providing, of course, that
no one else has previously scheduled one or both of the slots. For
instance, an hourlong video presentation could be scheduled for
the 9:30 timeslot, and an hour-long live presentation, like Navajo
Sky Legends could be scheduled for the 11:00 timeslot! * )
Some of the most popular

the Navajo storytellers. About 50 minutes. Grade K and up.
