During this 3 part series, Chef Justin Pioche will demonstrate how local entrepreneurs can use the Harvest Kitchen's CTP7-Combi Oven to enhance their mobile food operations.
Caterers and food truck operators are encouraged to apply for a spot at any or all of these sessions - first registration will close Friday September 25th at 12 p.m.
