DESCRIPTION:Dreams and Memories - Artwork by Karen Coy Painting has been an adventure of a lifetime for Karen Coy. Raised in New Mexico, she conveys her innermost thought, emotion, dream, and memory through creating Abstract expressionism and mystical landscapes. Carefully selecting from the elements of art, her final assemblage depicts her early sighting and traveling across the world. They may also represent life&rsquo;s roads as they contain unexpected twists and turns, leading to our own personal choice of which one to take. With this current exhibit at the Henderson Fine Art Gallery, Karen hopes her paintings will inspire your own imagination and cherished memories. DESCRIPTION:The San Juan College Enterprise Center and Big Idea Makerspace are excited to offer two&nbsp;free, hands-on Indigenous Fashion Workshops&nbsp;led by internationally recognized Din&eacute; fashion designer&nbsp;Jolonzo Goldtooth. These workshops provide a unique opportunity for participants to explore sewing, fashion design, draping, and textile techniques while learning in a collaborative makerspace environment. Participation is&nbsp;free, but space is limited to&nbsp;8 participants per workshop, and an application is required. Workshops   Sew What! - In this introduction to sewing, you will learn sewing machine basics, stitching techniques, and professional finishing while creating a completed sewing project.&nbsp;     Sew To The Runway - This fashion design &amp; draping.
