Risk Management manages:

  • Contracts — any legal document that binds the college to terms and conditions be it a contract, agreement, MOU, MOA, etc.  Technical and Professional (T&P) contracts are processed by the Purchasing Office and employment contracts are processed by Human Resources.
  • Approving employees to drive on behalf of the college.
  • Insurance — property & casualty liability, professional/malpractice, fine arts, loss or damaged college property.  Employee health benefits and workers’
    compensation are processed by Human Resources.
  • Notary bonds — insurance bond.
