The Harvest Kitchen is a licensed, shared commercial kitchen in downtown Farmington, operated by San Juan College. It gives community members a place to cook, create, and produce food using professional equipment in a safe, affordable, and compliant space.
Whether you are testing a recipe, preparing for an event, or growing a food business, the Harvest Kitchen gives you the space and tools to move from idea to market.

The Harvest Kitchen is fully licensed and meets all state and federal food-safety requirements, so you can focus on creating, testing, and scaling your product with complete confidence.
Our shared kitchen is outfitted with professional, commercial-grade equipment, including:
- Commercial gas stoves
- Large 40-quart commercial mixers
- Convection ovens
- Commercial food processors, slicers, shredders, and purée equipment
- Honey extractor
- Refrigeration units, prep tables, and packaging tools
- And more equipment to support a wide range of food products
This FDA-approved facility allows you to safely manufacture a wide range of food products in a professional, compliant environment, ideal for everything from small-batch testing to full-scale production.
