Cultural Heritage Technician Certificate
Examine our legacies and learn technical skills for museums, archaeological sites, archives and historic preservation in this new online program offered through San Juan College. Encompassing the rich heritage of the area, this program will prepare you to work with objects that are significant to our cultures, such as monuments, art, artifacts or architecture.
This program is offered completely online and has been created with the guidance of an advisory committee consisting of archival, museum, National Park Service and curriculum design professionals.
Because of our proximity to a number of World Heritage Sites, there is rich opportunity for work in these areas, both paid and volunteer. And because the need to preserve collections knows no geographical limits, online delivery makes this certificate accessible to students outside of the Four Corners region.
