Interlibrary Loan
Patrons who are unable to locate needed material from the SJC Library collection may request an Interlibrary Loan (ILL). ILL staff members are able to search the collections of other libraries (public and academic) nationwide for requested items. When the SJC Library does not own an item that is needed, ILL is a helpful option to consider.
This service is available to
SJC library patrons only.
Requests may take 10-14 business days or longer to process and receive;
when a time factor is involved, it is crucial that requests be made as
soon as possible. A fee may be charged in some instances. Blank forms
are available in the library.

Please note that all requests must include a signed copy
of the library's copyright statement.
Completed forms may be returned to the library. Before placing an ILL request, please be sure that the SJC library does not own the item.
