I have been an electrician since 1949 and am currently a Certified Electical Inspector by the International Conference of Building Inspectors. I also have been a Instructor for the Mine Safety and Health Administration since 1981 in Surface Mining Electrical and also In Underground Mining Electrical subject. This covers coal, metal and non-metal mines.
