You will need certain "plug-ins" in order to be able to view and work with some of the WebCT documents.

A plug-in is a utility provided at no charge by a software company. The utility will allow you to view files created with that company's software. You will only need to download these utilities one time -- they will either automatically install on your machine or provide you with very detailed instructions on how to install the plug-in yourself.

Not all WebCT documents will require a plug-in. It is recommended that you only download the plug-ins as they are needed.
