Biography
Will Gray worked for the National Geographic Society from 1968 to 2001 as a writer, editor, and publishing executive. He traveled the world on editorial assignments for many years, writing and photographing books and magazine articles. Since moving to the Durango area in 2002 he has resumed his writing career, teaches writing courses through Fort Lewis College, and became a full-time member of the English faculty at San Juan College in Fall 2007. He has been involved in the development of the Creative Writing program at SJC and teaches Creative Nonfiction and Editing and Style for Writers.
