Main Campus

San Juan College enjoys the opportunity to serve our community by providing beautiful facilities to accommodate the growing conference, convention, and meeting space requirements of our area. Throughout our campus we have a wide variety of conference and meeting room spaces as well as classrooms and live theater space that can meet the need of most functions and events.  Additionally, we have several parking lot areas that may be reserved for special events that require that type of venue space.

Performing Arts

The James C. Henderson Fine Arts Center is an 83,000 square foot complex that includes a performance hall, four large meeting rooms, and an art gallery.  The performance hall itself features continental seating for 800 on the mezzanine and balcony levels, an orchestra lift, an orchestra shell and a flyloft for quick change of scenery.  For additional information about the Henderston Fine Arts Center, please click here.

Facilities Scheduling

Businesses, clubs, organizations, and any public event may use the facilities with a rental rate that is budget sensitive.  We offer a variety of classroom and meeting space for events including:

• Conventions
• Board Meetings
• Club/Organization Meetings
• Seminars
• Corporate Meetings and/or Trainings

Our facilities are not scheduled for private affairs such as wedding receptions, anniversary parties, baby showers, family reunions, graduation receptions, etc.

The variety of rooms we offer can meet the need of most every function.  We also provide additional technical support and setup options to ensure that every event has the equipment it needs to succeed.

Mary's Kitchen is San Juan College's foodservice provider and caters all events on campus. For arrangements, please contact their catering services office at 505-566-3155.

West Campus

The West campus, located in Kirtland, NM (16 miles west of Farmington) has seven classrooms available for meeting rooms on a first come first serve basis. The classrooms accommodate from 15 to 30 people. Upon availability rooms 111 & 113, with the partition open may hold 50 people.

Each of the classrooms has whiteboards, table podium, DVD-VCR, document camera and upon request a flipchart holder (paper is not available). An organization's first meeting room request is complimentary for each month. For the second and more meeting room requests in the same month there will be a $25 per day room fee charged.
