My research in geology centers on fossil shark teeth and vertebrae. I conducted field research in south-central Wyoming on reworked Cretaceous shark teeth for my master’s work. More recent research involves the morphology and phylogenetic implications of fossil and recent carcharhiniform shark vertebral centra.
I started teaching at SJC in the fall 2004 as an assistant professor of Geology.
In the future, I also hope to teach: Geology 115: Geology of the Four Corners Geology 270: Mineralogy Geology 271: Petrology Geology 276: Environmental Geology
