JOB SUMMARY:
San Juan County is seeking a conscientious office professional with excellent organization skills to analyze scanned accounts and enter information into the Realware system. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy. TESTING IS REQUIRED FOR THIS P0SITION. REFER TO THE APPLICATION FORM FOR DETAILS.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
This position analyzes and converts scanned account information from the old system to the new system; ensures that accurate information is available through the system for responding to taxpayer questions and for field checking properties. Prepares information for the Appraiser to use in conducting field evaluations related to property sales, new construction and accounts with building permits. Analyzes and converts all remaining accounts to Realware; assists Quality Control Supervisor on field reviews to ensure that all information on sales, property splits and new construction has been accurately identified by the Appraiser; assists other office staff as necessary. Performs other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Must possess a high school diploma or GED and two years of experience in the real estate field. Must possess (or be eligible to obtain) a valid New Mexico Driver's License. COMPUTERIZED CLERICAL TESTING IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION AND MUST BE COMPLETED BY 5 P.M. ON THURSDAY, MAY 9, 2013. Elite Tek Services, Inc. of Newport Beach, CA has an opening for a part time IT FIeld Technician in Farmington, NM.
Closing Date:  Open until filled
Approx. hrs. / week:  10+ hrs are not guaranteed   Days of week:  As needed    Salary Range:  $17 hr.
Position Summary:
Responsible for performing on-site or in-house servicing, repair and/or installations. Provides technical support in activities associated with the identification, prioritization and resolution of reported problems. Performs general maintenance tasks and resolves less complex problems immediately, while more complex issues are identified to a higher level of support. May involve use of problem management databases and help desk system.
DETAILS:
Location: Farmington, NM and surrounding area up to an approximate 100 mile radius (when necessary)
Hours of Operation: The support is generally 8:00AM to 6:00PM, but there may be instances in which service is outside of these hours
PART-TIME; AS NEEDED!
The support is Monday through Sunday, but the support will primarily be Monday thru Friday, with occasional weekend service calls, as needed
Because we are servicing Retail, Financial, and Insurance industry accounts, the support is same day or next day support
The Compensation for the position is as follows:
1. Support averages 10+ hours per week, hours are not guaranteed, hours worked are hours paid
2. Hourly rate: $17.00 per hour
3. "PORTAL TO PORTAL" (drive time is paid at the same hourly rate as On-site repair time)
4. Mileage reimbursement: $0.34/mile driven per Elite mapping software "PORTAL TO PORTAL"

Requirements:
* Employees working on client accounts must possess A+ certification
* Performs general maintenance tasks, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems and peripheral equipment

* Escalates problems and issues to a higher level of support. This includes service that exceeds response time, repair time, lack of parts, or any other issue that could impact customer satisfaction
* Represents Elite Tek Services, Inc./ Compucom in a professional and businesslike manner and communicates effectively with customers and associates
* Interacts with customer as directed, responding to routine technical questions or request for information
Preferred Knowledge and Comfortable working with or LEARNING the following:
1. POS (Point of Sale) equipment (NCR)

3. PC desktop support (Dell, IBM, COMPAQ, etc)
