Position Description and Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Greet customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
2. Change oil on trucks and cars.
3. Grease trucks and trailers.
4. Change and repair truck or car tires.
5. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems on trucks and trailers.
6. Perform light mechanical work on trucks/cars (alternators, belts, starters, bearings, wheel seals, water pumps, exhaust, etc.).
7. Perform brake work on trucks.
8. Perform A/C repairs on trucks and cars.
9. Keep shop clean and uncluttered at all times.
10. Maintenance welding.
11. Ensure all service equipment (jacks, tools, trucks) are in good working order, clean, and properly repaired when needed.
12. Sell tires and parts, ensuring profit margins are maintained and trade guidelines are followed.
13. Make sure all parts, tires, etc., are put away in proper places.
14. Perform service calls.
15. Complete work orders by providing the necessary customer information, labor performed, parts used, and any other information for warranty purposes.
16. Ensure total customer satisfaction and the integrity of Bosselman.
17. Alignment Techs will be trained on all aspects of the alignment equipment.
18. All other duties as assigned by supervisor

Position Description and Qualifications
Operate utilizing heavy equipment such as Front-end Loader, 2-ton Crane Truck. Backhoe, Trencher, Dozer, Scraper, and Excavator used for digging, lifting, land-leveling, land-smoothing, and used for construction and maintenance of land, buildings, pipelines, and other structures.

• Must have a High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence).
• Degree in Diesel Mechanics is helpful.
• Must have certification in Heavy Equipment Operator Training.
• Valid Commercial Drivers License is required, with good driving record.
• Ability to use a computer, Windows, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office Professional 2000 components as Excel, Word, Power Point, and email groups.
• This job requires the incumbent to have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to speak in Navajo is highly preferred.

Position Title:      Equipment Technician
Approx. Hrs/Wk:  25 - 35
Days of Week:     Varies by Service Calls
Salary Range:     $12 - $14 hour to start


Position Description and Qualifications
Rocs Maintenance & Repair is currently seeking an Equipment Technician to service and maintain our food and beverage equipment in various areas throughout Colorado and the Four Corners area. The Equipment Technician will typically perform daily preventative and scheduled maintenance, as well as emergency repairs on coffee brewing equipment. The Equipment Technician’s daily duties could include support to store facility repairs issues, installation of new equipment and replacement parts for existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelines. Position requires working schedule shifts as well as ON CALL status.
Minimum Requirements: Ability to learn new skill set. Ability to accept direction and switch direction as situation arises. Must demonstrate electrical skill, have basic knowledge of volt meter, amp meter, plumbing and computerized equipment. Candidates must possess good communication skills and ability to work with outside vendors and contractors effectively. Candidates must be customer service oriented, self-starters and organized in handling all related paperwork associated with the position. Candidates must have clean driving record and a valid driver’s license to be considered for the position.
The Ideal Candidate would have the following qualifications.
• Have mechanical /electrical skills (Ability to read a volt meter and amp meter.)
• Ability to bend, lift and stretch on a regular basis
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
• Ability to follow, retain, communicate and ASK for assistance for or about detailed instructions.
• Ability to be punctual. Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
• Ability to work within a team to reach a common goal, while working independently & self directed.
• Ability to drive long distances and for extended periods of time to and from Site locations.
• Ability to manage time, organize and prioritize work effectively and efficiently
• Ability to drive and maintain Company vehicles provided, LEGALLY
• Ability to work around but not limited to /Coffee/Tea/Powdered- dust
• Experience using e-mail, cell phone, laptop / computers
• Ability to utilize technical manuals, access technical support providers
• Complete paperwork, invoices, drive logs, time sheets and service logs accurately
• Ability to learn new procedures, attend trainings and improve trade skills
• Ability to travel within and outside the State of Colorado
• Computer programming experience, especially with mother board work.
• Follow all policies, procedures, ergonomic standards and safety requirements directed by Rocs M & R.
• Perform other duties as requested by management

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
• Able to work on ladders and lifts at a height above 20ft.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis, to lift 100 pounds occasionally
• Ability to manually have the hand dexterity to complete mechanical work.
• Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, stoop and lay on floors, crawlspace access.
• Ability to twist, kneel and reach overhead required

Schedule:
• Must be willing and able to work Early Mornings, Nights, Weekends and On Call basis shifts
