Compliance Officer position to supervise defendants’ compliance with court-ordered adult misdemeanor mandates. This position appears in court regarding recommendations on sentencing; monitors compliance of offender as a condition of release and informs court as necessary; evaluates compliance on an ongoing basis and other tasks as assigned. Requirements include knowledge of approved principles and practices of laws and ordinances; criminal personalities and management theories. Must be proficient in use of personal computer and standard business and tracking software. Must possess an Associate degree and two years experience in a judiciary, criminal justice, or other human services discipline or an equivalent combination of both. Must be able to obtain NCIC certification, possess a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a rigid background investigation.
