Maint 903	Facility Maintenance Technicians needed for New Mexico’s premier health club to maintain the equipment, facilities and operating systems of the gym. Qualifications include valid NM Driver’s license; high school diploma or equivalent; knowledgeable with Windows; good communication skills; ability to read and follow manufacturer’s manuals, and detail oriented. Maint 907	Janitor positions (6) available – Part time positions available in Shiprock and Farmington to perform a variety of heavy cleaning duties. Must be able to operate routine housekeeping equipment. Special Requirements include valid driver’s license, background checks will be performed, and must have reliable transportation and a phone. Maint 909	Part time janitor position for night janitors in Farmington and Shiprock area. You must be able to provide outstanding service for commercial accounts, be dependable and bondable, and be able to lift 50 lbs. Maint 913	Full time Custodial position – responsible for keeping building clean, safe, functional and secure in accordance with district policies and procedures. Candidate must have high school diploma or GED certificate, be able to carry up to 50 pounds, drive a vehicle, research information, effective communication skills and use of cleaning solutions.
