BLM has openings for Student Temporary Employment Program (STEP). This temporary employment can range from summer jobs to positions that last for as long as you are a student. These employment opportunities are NOT necessarily related to your academic field of study. This position is located in Farmington/Taos, NM as a crew member within the fire management organization. Duties are related to fire prevention, patrol, detection, or prescribed burning. Must be 18 years or older and currently enrolled in school half time with a GPA of 2.0 or better. Applications must be postmarked no later than September 20, 2012.
