The schematic provides an overview of the proposal development process. The Office of Strategic Development provides a variety of services needed to complete the grant proposal. Services range from presenting the prospectus to the Grants Planning Committee to complete, comprehensive project planning, budgeting, proposal writing, oversight, guidance, training, and compliance.
