Grants Approval Form

This form summarizes key information about the proposed project and has locations for Grants Planning Committee member signatures to approve moving forward with the grant proposal. Attach a copy of the Grants Approval Form to the completed prospectus.

Prospectus Form

The Prospectus is an important tool in sketching out and focusing the project. The Prospectus form must be completed and submitted to the Office of Grants Development. The Grants Planning Committee will review and approve the prospectus prior to writing the grant proposal.

The Objective Accomplishment Form is an important tool in sketching out activities, strategies, responsible persons, outcomes and resources needed to accomplish project/program goals and objectives.
