The Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) is a system of survey components that collects data from all institutions in the United States and other jurisdictions. IPEDS collects institution-level data on students, student charges, program completions, faculty, staff, and finances. These data are used at the federal and state level for policy analysis and development; at the institutional level for benchmarking and peer analysis.

The San Juan College Fact Book is an annual publication containing profiles on student enrollment, degree programs, financial aid, employees, and facilities. The intent of publishing this book is to provide an accurate and consistent reference for use by various internal and external stakeholders. San Juan College serves many constituents by offering both credit and non-credit classes and services. Much of the information presented pertains to typical credit enrollment, degree programs, fiscal data, and financial aid.
