Academic Skills Assessment

Accuplacer™

The Accuplacer™ Computerized Placement Test is required of all students who have not completed a college level English or Math class prior to enrolling in San Juan College. The test is offered on computer in the Counseling Center between 8am-3pm, Monday-Friday. An appointment is not required. A counselor reviews test results with each student before they are remitted to the student.

 

ACT College Entrance Examinations

The San Juan College Testing Center offers the ACT College Entrance Examination five times per year, an entrance requirement for many four-year colleges and universities.  Register online at www.actstudent.org.

 

SAT College Entrance Examinations

The SAT Entrance Exam will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2012 at 7:45 am in Room 7103 of the San Juan College Information Technology Building.  Register on-line at http://sat.collegeboard.org/register by April 6, 2012 to avoid late registration fees.
