Fall in love with DAISY

Meet DAISY Datatel—our new student record and registration software system!  She may look a bit different, but WOW is she worth checking out!

With Daisy’s help, you will be able to access an increasing number of academic services 24/7.  These will be implemented in phases over the next year, so don’t be surprised to find new, helpful features each time you log in.  Here are some of the services you can look forward to:

- More easily search the Class Schedule

- Identify and contact your academic advisor

- REGISTER for semester classes

- View your student profile to make sure your address information and major is correct

TO REGISTER:

Access the Student Portal:

www.sanjuancollege.edu, click on My SJC Portal  (top right link)

Log on  (using the same Network login you currently use)

Username:  first initial, middle initial, last name (up to 12 letters), last two digits of your SSN.

Password:  the default is "sjcp" then the last 4 digits of your SSN, unless you have changed it.

For example, John Q Public - SSN: 123456789

Her username would be:  jqpublic89

Her password would be:  sjcp6789

*  Select the Web Advisor (DAISY) tab at the top of the page
This may require you to log in again, using the same username/password.  If the WebAdvisor (DAISY) home page says "Welcome, Guest", then click the Log In link (top, right) to "officially" get into WebAdvisor (DAISY).

*  Select Current Students

*  Select Register for Classes

PLEASE NOTE:

Each student will automatically be assigned a STUDENT EMAIL ACCOUNT!

It will be your Username followed by @students.sanjuancollege.edu.

For example:  dmdatatel01@students.sanjuancollege.edu .  This is the primary way in which SJC announcements, reminders, deadlines, events, etc., will be communicated to you!!  You will be held responsible for the information sent to you via email...so check your student email account OFTEN!!!   (Access the portal from home or from any computer lab on campus)
