Fast Forward Grants Survey

Let us know what you think! The San Juan College Fast Forward Program is hosting an online survey and invites the public to participate.

Fast Forward is a Title III program funded through a Title III Native American Serving Non-Tribal Institution (NASNTI) grant awarded by the U.S. Department of Education. The program works to build infrastructure and services that empower Native American students to complete Associate of Arts and Science degrees and successfully transfer to four-year institutions. While this program is designed around the strengths of Native American students, it is open to all students enrolled at San Juan College.

“One of our grant’s objectives is to learn how we can better serve our community and students,” explains John Tohtsoni, Jr., director of SJC’s Fast Forward Program. “The survey focuses on input regarding offering programs and classes during non-traditional times of the day or on the weekend as well as offering more online classes.”

Following the survey, the College will review results, and depending upon the findings, a pilot program or selection of course offerings may be implemented.

The public is encouraged to go to www.sanjuancollege.edu and click on “Take the Community Input Survey” bar. The survey will be available now through February 28.  For more information or questions regarding the survey, call the Fast Forward program at (505) 566-3981, or via email at saavedral@sanjuancollege.edu.
