Advising and Counseling Center - The Advising and Counseling Center gives advice to students on how to plan their journey to graduation. In addition we offer personal, confidential, counseling for any student who might find this service beneficial.

Office of Quality Improvement and Career Center - The Office of Quality Improvement and Career Center fosters student career growth, accomplishes student learning outcomes, and provides direction for Quality Improvement. The Career Center provides services for resume assistance, career preparation, career assessments, job fairs, career networking events, classroom visits, job listings, and co-curricular transcripts.
Native American Center - The Native American Center assists all Native American students in meeting the protocols of college entry, responds to their educational needs, and supports their educational experiences.
EDGE - The EDGE program provides academic, career and financial advisement as well as a variety of other services to full-time First Generation San Juan College students who are accepted into the program
Public Safety - The Department of Public Safety provides security officers on campus to assist students, faculty, staff and the community.
Environmental Health - The Office of Environmental Health strives to ensure that all employees and students work under the safest conditions possible, that we maintain a workplace free from recognizable hazards, and that we provide timely information, training and supervision to enable employees and students to perform their jobs safely.
Student Activities - The Student Activities Office provides amusements for students and also oversees student organizations and clubs.
Talent Search - The Educational Talent Search program assists and prepares High school and Middle school student who have the potential for college.
Testing Center - The SJC Testing Center offers a variety of testing services to SJC students and to the public.
The Transfer Center - For students who plan to complete their AA/AS degree at SJC and then transfer to a four-year institution to earn a Bachelor's degree.
