The Petroleum Technology Team is dedicated to working with the Oil & Gas Industry in the training of field personnel and their supervisors. The School of Energy presently provides classroom courses in:

IADC RigPass Certified Safety Training

Classroom and hands-on training for Production Personnel

LaptopThe School of Energy has expanded the curriculum with two computer simulators to safely teach the fundamentals of well control without the hazards of field work. The School of Energy and the Oil & Gas Industry believes that the overall job and safety performance of the personnel in the field will improve due to this training. Two portable simulators are also available for training on the road.
