Beth DaltonWhere I have been…

I was born in Chicago, ILL, and raised in Madison, New Jersey where I graduated from high school. I moved to the Four Corners Area in 1979. Over the years, I worked in many of the local area restaurants. I began attending San Juan College in 1989, in hopes of one day managing a restaurant or catering business. While attending college I continued to work in the restaurant business and also took a work study position as a computer lab assistant. In 1993, I graduated with an AAS in Microcomputer Applications in Business and was hired by the College as a Secretary for what was known at the time as Learning Technology. Within a year of being hired, I took on the role of the Instructional Lab Aid III. I worked my way up to the Lab Coordinator, and eventual to the User Services Manager. All in all, I have been with the college for over 15 years and have thoroughly enjoyed ever year.

I have a wonderful family, four daughters, ages 16-33, three granddaughters, three grandsons, and two step granddaughters. My husband, Doug, works for Western Refining. I adore my family and love spending time with them.

Interests and Hobbies

I love to camp, swim and play golf (not very good at it). I enjoy redecorating, both inside and out, and all kinds of arts and crafts from sewing to ceramics.
