The Physical Plant Maintenance Dept. at San Juan College strives to provide a safe, attractive, functional and comfortable environment for our faculty/staff, students and visitors that will contribute toward a positive learning experience and student success.
Our skilled Maintenance crew are responsible for general maintenance work, moving furniture/boxes, equipment repair, roofing, haning artwork, signage and services for special events held at SJC.

Monday - Friday
7:30am - 5:00pm
Depending on the type of request, it will be assigned based on priority. Some requests such as heating/cooling, plumbing, electrical issues, custodial services and emergencies we make every attempt to handle within a few hours of the request.
