Mission Statement

The Physical Plant Custodial Dept. at San Juan College strives to provide a safe, attractive, functional and comfortable environment for our faculty/staff, students and visitors that will contribute toward a positive learning experience and student success.
 

Department Information

Our dedicated, hard working custodial staff are responsible for cleaning about a million square feet of facility. The dept. consists of 41 staff members working around the clock to keep the campus clean along with setting up rooms for special events held at San Juan College.

Depending on the type of request, it will be assigned based on priority.  Some requests such as heating/cooling, plumbing, electrical issues, custodial services and emergencies we make every attempt to handle within a few hours of the request.  To ensure that we are providing the best customer service possible, please report any serious issues immediately by calling our office at 566-3285 or emailing us at physplant@sanjuancollege.edu
