General Information of the CTX

Hours of Operation:

During the school year:

Monday-Thursday     8 a.m.-6 p.m.

Fridays                    8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Summer:

Monday-Friday         8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Please feel free to contact us about scheduling events outside of these hours.  We are happy to accomodate events that occur on weekends or that continue outside of the regular scheduled hours.

Rooms and Resources:

The CTX includes:

  • large conference table that seats 15
  • various areas with tables and sofas
  • three private work cubicles with computer, printer, scanner, and telephone
  • a small office space available by reservation
  • a library filled with informative resources
  • a small kitchen with microwave, coffee, hot water, and sink
  • additional equipment for using during events, such as an easel with dry erase board or paper, Doc Cam, projector, lap top, audio conference phone
