Distinguished Teaching Chair Proposals for Native American Studies
are being accepted
now through
June 15, 2009
The Native American Studies Distinguished Teaching Chair Project is open to all full time faculty and professional instructional staff status with a minimum of 50% of current position duties being teaching. The activities of the chair must directly address the history, culture, language, or governance of Tribes within the Four Corners area or student success of Native American students. The proposal may address but is not limited to curriculum issues involving programs of econmic development, natural resources management, community development and evnironmental sciences.
