Accuplacer Requirements

To complete the Accuplacer, students must bring each of the following items to the San Juan College Advising & Counseling Center:

A completed dual credit request form. Dual Credit Request forms can be obtained from your high school counselor or at the San Juan College High School Students website http://www.sanjuancollege.edu/dcc . There are portions that must be completed by your counselor, by you, and by your parents.
Your “SJC Dual Credit Online Orientation Certificate” (you will print this out at the end of this orientation)
Copy of your High School Unofficial Transcript

The Complete Dual Credit Request Form, SJC Dual Credit Online Orientation Certificate and High School Transcript are the student’s “ticket” to take the Accuplacer. Students must present all documents stated above, filled out completely, in order to test. *The Accuplacer fee policy applies (see table below).
