MMJ is a delivery business that was started in 2002 by Jose A. Villarreal, Sr. He started the business from the ground on up. He (my dad) and I, Jose Jr., ran the business together from 2005 to 2011. I bought the business from him in August 2011. We have a diverse clientele that we have accumulated from great efforts. We pride ourselves on prompt and courteous service. I (Jose Jr.) have gained a great work ethic from my father. I applied to the enterprise center at SJC to see if they could assist in helping me grow my business. They accepted my business with a unanimous vote. The business has been operating at an office suite at the enterprise center since November 2012. I am running this business pretty much on my own, and it has become a great success. However, it has become overwhelming because work just keeps coming in. Therefore it is time to delegate some of the work. This is why I am looking for an employee. I truly believe that this business is going to expand quickly especially with the help from the enterprise center. American Valet Company is a full-service valet, shuttle, and garage management organization based out of Arizona serving the Southwest since 1980. Our clientele includes restaurants, hospitals, shopping malls, hotels, sporting events, and casinos. American Valet is looking for team members with great customer service and time management experience.

Varied Hours - Schedule Flexibility

$4.50 an hour plus tips average is $8.00-$12.00 an hour

Our valets are responsible for:

- Providing hospitality in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner to all guests *Parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt, yet safe manner *Assisting with customers- belongings ie. wheelchairs, etc.
- Valets are responsible for following American Valet-s safety and loss prevention policies including: issuing claim checks only after receiving vehicle keys.

- Collecting claim checks from all guests prior to issuing keys; maintaining security within parking lot.

- Abiding by all revenue collection and control procedures established by company; consistently completing and maintaining all ticket information; and immediately reporting all incidents to the supervisor.
