Position Description and Qualifications
Our valets are responsible for:

--Providing hospitality in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner to all guests
--Parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt, yet safe manner
--Assisting with customers- belongings ie. wheelchairs, etc.
--Valets are responsible for following American Valet-s safety and loss prevention policies including: issuing claim checks only after receiving vehicle keys
--Collecting claim checks from all guests prior to issuing keys; maintaining security within parking lot
--Abiding by all revenue collection and control procedures established by company; consistently completing and maintaining all ticket information; and immediately reporting all incidents to the supervisor
--The ability to work well independently, with minimal direct supervision will be required at times

Important Notes:

For all of our positions, we have strict appearance guidelines. For Gentleman, you must be clean cut, short haircut, and clean shaven with no visible tattoos or piercings. For Ladies, conservative stud earrings are allowed.

American Valet does not accept applicants with felony convictions or misdemeanor convictions. Clean driving record is required (no more than two moving violations in a 39 month period). Ability to drive a manual transmission. Above Average physical fitness is necessary for a valet position. Due to insurance purposes you are required to be at least 21 years of age.

Position Description and Qualifications
Primary Function:
To oversee, review, update and implement the Environmental, Health and Safety Managements System’s programs, reports, training and procedures; and provide EH&S leadership to drive continuous improvement in EH&S culture and performance

Reports to: VP Operations

Travel: 50% travel required, with some international travel

Typical Duties:
• Facilitate, support and coordinate EH&S initiatives and activities; program implementation and compliance; Safety Committee meetings; as well as site inspections, audits and accident investigations
• Develop and implement EH&S rules, procedures and programs to insure the continuous improvement of EH&S programs and to meet company and/or Federal, State and Local regulatory requirements
• Train, coach and mentor employees to improve EH&S culture and overall effectiveness
• Train new hire employees in all aspects of EH&S
• Compile data, records and retain all records as required by Company requirements and/or Federal, State and Local regulatory requirements
• Data analysis to calculate and report incident rates, identify trends and develop action plans to reduce injuries
• Lead incident investigation process and ensure incident investigations are completed and documented
• Audit and review incident investigations, safety committee meetings and follow-up responses to needs analysis, OSHA visits and/or reports at inspection sites
• Performs additional responsibilities as requested

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in one of the EH&S field
• Minimum five years’ experience in the EH&S role
• Knowledge of Canadian safety regulations preferred
• Knowledge of railroad safety rules preferred
• General computer skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)

Abilities:
• Must be a TEAM player to work with both office and field personnel

Position Description and Qualifications
Wendy's is looking for energetic Experienced (Full Time) Managers. The Managers will assist the management team in running the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant, including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems. They will participate in the achievement of store objectives and ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices.

Accountabilities:
1. Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures. Ensure all food safety procedures are
executed according to Company policies and health/sanitation regulations.
2. Work with restaurant management team to meet sales goals versus budget and prior year,
including participation in local store marketing programs. Executes appropriate plans to resolve
unfavorable trends and enhance sales.
3. Manage food, labor and paper costs and other controllable expenses. Work with restaurant
management team to meet profit objectives.
4. Execute company policies and procedures for the control of cash, property, product and
equipment. Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and order product. Manage and
maintain safe working conditions. Ensure execution of preventive maintenance.
5. Manage, direct, and monitor employees to achieve QSC goals and to support total store "Service
Excellence."
6. Execute the restaurant's HR programs for employees. Manage employees in a manner that
maximizes retention. Achieve proper staffing levels. Interview and recommend candidates for
selection.
7. Provide proper training for employees through established systems and follow through to ensure
compliance with company standards.
8. Managers must be able to stand for long periods without a break, and be able to travel to the bank,
other restaurants, area office, etc.

Requirements:
• 1 + year(s) of Restaurant/Retail experience
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including late nights
• Excellent communication, leadership & organization skills, dependability a MUST
