I want my paintings to reflect my response to nature and the essence of landscape. I am also intrigued with symbols, mythology and the world of ancient time and place. My painting process allows me to layer, lift off, scratch and paint again. I create textures, shapes, and surfaces until a mystery or reverence connects with me.
