Department Information

Locksmith Services is divided into two areas of operation: keyless entry ID card services and traditional locksmith services.  This department handles the replacement of lost or damaged keys and cards, which should be reported immediately to this department at 566-3257.   To initiate any key request, use the Key Request form available on the Business Services web site.  After completing the form online, print and obtain the necessary approval signatures, and submit to Support Services.

 You Must Have...

• A Datatel number from HR
• Your picture taken in Admissions
• Key Request form complete & sent back to Support Services
