Wellness Program

The mission of the San Juan College Health and Human Performance Center is to improve the quality of life of the community by providing opportunities for emotional, occupational, social, intellectual, spiritual and physical well being in cooperation with community agencies.

One method of accomplishing this goal is to provide educational information and resources to San Juan College students and community.

 

Group Exercise

An assortment of classes is available each day through the HHPC group exercise program. Aerobics classes, Zumba, step, turbo kick, yoga, core training, and Revmaster group cycling classes are available to all adult HHPC enrollees. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace and enjoy unique cross training benefits by attending a variety of classes throughout the week. Group Exercise Schedule.
