Born in Albuquerque, NM in 1967 and lived there until moving to Fruitland, NM in 1996
Graduated from Sandia High School and UNM in Albuquerque, NM
Served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the West Indies from 1993 - 1995
Married Lisa Hawkins in 1996
Moved to Kirtland, NM in 1997
Taught Drafting and mathematics at Farmington, Piedra Vista, and Kirtland Central High Schools in 1996, 1998 - 2002
Moved to Farmington, NM in 2003
Taught Drafting, GIS, and Computer Graphics courses as a full-time faculty member at San Juan College from 2002 - current
