Office 365 Rollout
San Juan College is proud to present Microsoft Office 365 for education—including email, instant messaging, group video and voice chat, and online document viewing and editing. With Office 365, students can enjoy free access to the same great Office 365 tools that businesses around the world use every day:
On Friday, May 24, 2013, San Juan College will start the upgrade of the current Microsoft Outlook Live Student email to Office 365. During the upgrade process, student email will not be affected, and students will be able to send and receive email on their student email account
After the upgrade process is complete, your student email account will look and operate as it does today, with one exception — Students will now have two different accounts!
- An Office 365 account for access to all Office 365 services, including student email.
- A personal Microsoft account they can use to access SkyDrive, Skype (Messenger), and other Microsoft services.
Both accounts are accessible using the same user name and password that the student had with Outlook Live. But, the students’ personal Microsoft account cannot be managed by San Juan College. If you forget your password on the personal Microsoft account, the San Juan College Help Desk will not be able to reset your password. You can still call the Help Desk to have your password reset on your student email account.

Current Rollout Status: Upgrade Scheduled to start on Friday, May 24, 2013
