Health and Human Performance Center Refund Policy

• Please note that - Day Passes, Week Passes, and Month Passes are non-refundable.

Annual Passes and 16 Week Passes - refunds will be issued based on the following schedule:

• 1st week of enrollment - 100% refund
• 2nd week of enrollment - 100% refund if no activity on account
• 3rd week of enrollment - 50% refund
• 4th week or later of enrollment - NO REFUND

Please note that - All refunds are subject to supervisor approval.  Refunds will be mailed within two weeks of approved request.  NO OTHER REFUNDS OF FEES ARE GIVEN.
