Human Resources Assistants

- Process HR component of payroll; review and ensure PTs and supplemental forms submitted electronically are correct for the signature process
- Prepare and conduct weekly on-boarding process for new employees
- Schedule employee exit interviews
- Supervise HR Work Study student(s)
- Assist with HRIS and leave management, maintain HR website related to benefits and payroll
- Serve as Human Resources Information System back up
VACANT - HR Assistant III - HRIS, Analysis & Compensation
- Oversee and problem solve all HR information Systems (HRIS) issues including Colleague and applicant tracking
- Conduct HR reporting, complete all requested salary and benefit surveys, design custom reports using Colleague Query Builder to meet department/institutional needs
- Conduct analytical comparisons related to salaries, leave, benefits, staffing, turn-over costs
- Enter, oversee and coordinate budget process using Position Budgeting module
- Oversee leave function, develop and maintain HR trainings and SOPs related to technology and new processes
- Provide assistance and respond to questions related to established salary tables, rates, budgeted positions for management
- Serve as Benefits Manager back up
