Preferred Field of Expertise: Specialized physical therapy techniques and their utilization to restore, improve and maintain functioning, alleviate pain, or prevent physical dysfunction in patients.
Certification: Current New Mexico Physical Therapist Assistant state license in good standing.
Clear appropriate Background Check and ability to pass initial and ongoing drug screenings.
Demonstrates knowledge of anatomy, physiology, etiology, course, prognosis, and manifestations of a wide variety of disease processes.
Ability to execute treatment plan for patients with a wide variety of injury or disease processes with appropriate indications/contraindications for treatment.
Ability to perform a wide variety of treatment techniques, consistently and accurately.
Ability to effectively and appropriately document patient care activities according to clinic requirements.
Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal).

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

POSITION DESCRIPTION AND QUALIFICATIONS
This position provides occupational therapy services to patients in their place of residence of out-patient settings as directed by Physician. Provides a treatment program to restore or develop self-care, work and play/leisure activities to maximum functional level. Works effectively with other professionals to provide integrated multi-disciplinary home health care. Graduate of an approved program of Occupational Therapy. One year professional experience. One year home health experience is preferred. License to practice as an Occupational Therapist in New Mexico, must have by date of hire and maintain current throughout employment. Have or be able to obtain First Aid and BLS/CPR certifications within 30 days of hire. Criminal records check required. May be required to use personal transportation to carry out job duties. Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License. Must provide a current motor vehicle record. Salary range: $30.05-$33.66, dependent on experience.

Salary range: $38.47-$40.87 per hour, dependent on experience. $5,000 sign-on bonus.
