DESCRIPTION:Known for his combination of traditional Navajo imagery with an urban graffiti style, Albuquerque-based artist Nathan Nez also utilizes the 19th century tradition of Ledger Drawing to create a portfolio that is at once distinctly Native American with a contemporary flair. A veteran of the United States Army, Nez sees himself as a role model for kids on the Reservation, showing that you can be successful no matter where you come from.  Opening Reception  Friday, February 7, 2025 4 - 6 p.m. The Gallery is open during the reception. Exhibit Dates and Times  This exhibit will run from&nbsp;February 7&nbsp;-&nbsp;February 21, 2025.
