Online Services is responsible for student, staff, and faculty support of Canvas, San Juan College’s Learning Management System (LMS). The team oversees the usability of Canvas, recommends and implements improvements and modifications, and provides support for faculty and staff in designing courses. The goal of the Online Services team is to ensureĀ that users are able to take full advantage of the features of Canvas. The team is also responsible for the college’s Quality Matters initiative for continuous quality improvement of online course design and professional development for online teaching and learning.
