The School of Humanities offers general education courses in humanities, social sciences, and fine arts; courses in developmental English and reading; Associate of Arts degrees in liberal arts with concentrations in many of the disciplines; Associate of Applied Science; and Associate of Arts programs in Early Childhood Education, Elementary, Secondary, and Special Education, Psychology and Human Services.

The School of Humanities comprises four departments: Social Sciences and History, Language and Education, Fine Arts, English, and Community and Public Events. The School Of Humanities also oversees the Child and Family Development Center.
