UserID: first initial of first name, first initial of middle name, last name, and last 2 digits of your child’s Social Security Number. Note: Using the middle initial depends on whether it was noted on the SJC application.
Password: sjcp + the last 4 digits of your child’s Social Security Number unless you have changed it
If the child has not used his/her student login within the past six months (which will be true of most Kids Kollege students), you will need to reset the password. Use the default password as shown in the example above. If you are unable to login, please call the San Juan College Help Desk at 566-3266 and they can help with a password reset. This help is available 24/7.
During open hours (Monday – Thursday 8am – 5:30pm and Friday 8am – 5pm), CLC staff can look up the child’s username, but we do not have any additional information to assist with immediate problems that may arise with online registration. Many times, the Help Desk can assist with login and password problems. There are situations that require additional follow up on the part of the Help Desk that cannot be immediately resolved. We encourage you to start with the Help Desk to resolve login and password problems.
Click on the Continuing Education icon
Under the Registration Category, Click on Register and pay for Continuing Education Classes
Enter the course code number in the second box. Example: CBUCA space 020 space C1.
The course code number is found at the end of each class description in the Continuum. It must be entered exactly as in the example.
Click on the submit button
Check the box next to the course and click on submit

Course fees must be paid at the time of registration.
We accept cash, checks (made payable to San Juan College), money orders, purchase orders and Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
Course fees do not include the instructor supply fees unless noted in the class description.
Cancellations & Refunds
If a course is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, fees will be fully refunded. It is not necessary for the student to request a refund for cancelled classes.
To receive a refund on classes lasting less than one week, you must withdraw from the class 72 hours before that class begins.
To receive a refund on classes lasting more than one week, you must withdraw from the class no later than one day prior to the second meeting.
If you withdraw online, you must call 566-3214 for a refund.
