Welcome to Kids Kollege Summer 2013

Kids Kollege is a summer enrichment program for children and teens between the ages of four and fifteen.

Returning students may register online.

In person registration is underway at the Community Learning Center (CLC), room 1911, West Classroom Complex, San Juan College. There is no phone registration for Kids Kollege.

How to Register Online

Enter login information for the student you want to enroll, not the parent's information. Online registration is only available for returning students who are already in the San Juan College system.

If the child has not used his/her student login within the past six months, you will need to reset the password.

  1. Login to www.sanjuancollege.edu/webadvisor using information for the student you want to enroll, NOT the parent’s information.

    UserID: first initial first name, first initial middle name, last name, and last 2 digits of your child’s Social Security Number

    Password: sjcp + the last 4 digits of your child’s Social Security Number unless you have changed it

    If the child has not used his/her student login within the past six months (which will be true of most Kids Kollege students), you will need to reset the password. Use the default password as shown in the example above. If you are unable to login, please call the San Juan College Help Desk at 566-3266 and they can help with a password reset. This help is available 24/7.

    During open hours (Monday – Thursday 8am – 5:30pm and Friday 8am – 5pm), CLC staff can look up the child’s username, but we do not have any additional information to assist with immediate problems that may arise with online registration. Many times, the Help Desk can assist with login and password problems. There are situations that require additional follow up on the part of the Help Desk that cannot be immediately resolved. We encourage you to start with the Help Desk to resolve login and password problems.
  2. Click on the Continuing Education icon
  3. Under the Registration Category, Click on Register and pay for Continuing Education Classes
  4. Enter the course code number in the second box. Example: CBUCA space 020 space C1.

    The course code number is found at the end of each class description in the Continuum. It must be entered exactly as in the example.
  5. Click on the submit button
  6. Check the box next to the course and click on submit
  7. Additional Registration information is optional, click on submit
  8. Pay for classes with a credit card

You will be prompted to accept the San Juan College Kids Kollege Acknowledgement of Program Information, Authorization for Medical Treatment, and Release of Liability. If you need to complete the Kids Kollege Allergies and Medical Conditions form it is available online and should be turned in at the Community Learning Center.
