Workday Student: Transition Hub

Your source for what’s new, what's ahead and what you need to know along the way.

A new way to work with student information is coming to San Juan College. Workday Student, our new Student Information System (SIS), will bring many student and academic processes into one connected system. Explore what’s new, when it will affect you and the resources available to help you prepare.

What is Workday Student?

Workday Student is San Juan College's new Student Information System. It will support many of the processes connected to the student experience, including registration and records, curriculum and academic information, and student financial processes.

SJC already uses Workday for employee functions such as Human Resources, Finance, and Payroll. Workday Student expands the system to support student and academic processes.

What Workday Student Means for SJC

For Students

A simpler, more connected experience

Students will be able to manage more of their SJC experience—from registering for classes to tracking academic progress and managing finances—in one connected system.

For Faculty

Better tools to support students

Simpler workflows and better access to student and academic information will help you spend more time supporting student success.

For Staff

More connected processes

Streamlined processes, better access to information, and less duplication will make it easier to work across departments and serve students.
