Workday Student Transition Timeline

Workday Student will roll out in phases through 2027. During the transition, Colleague (Self-Service) and Workday Student will both be in use, depending on the task you’re completing and the academic term.

Each milestone brings SJC closer to a more connected and modern student experience. Use the timeline below to see when key student and academic processes will move to Workday Student.
