Julie Rasor

Julie Rasor was appointed to the San Juan College Board of Trustees in the November 2025 general election, representing District 4.

Rasor earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Her professional background includes serving as Director of Administration & Operations for Four Corners Economic Development and Human Resources Director for the City of Bloomfield. She also served the Bloomfield community as a City Councilor from 1986 to 1996.

A longtime advocate for education and workforce development, Rasor previously worked at San Juan College as Assistant Director at the Center for Workforce Development, then known as the Business & Industry Training Center.

A proud Bloomfield resident, Rasor represents the Bloomfield and Navajo Dam communities. Outside of her trustee role, she enjoys time with her husband, Joe, their four children, 13 grandchildren and caring for their small farm along the San Juan River.
