The San Juan College (SJC) Henderson Fine Arts Center (HFAC) Art Gallery, invites you to One Whole Place on display through March 29th.
After having spent 30 years in one place, Sonja Horoshko assembled this retrospective exhibit to show how the earth and she responded to each other and grew together in this exchange. Consistently self-aware of her place in the disc of earth surrounding her in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Arizona, the Ute Mountain Ute Tribal Lands, and the Navajo Nation, Horoshko’s art expresses a valued point of view of the Four Corners region, addressing some representational landforms while also including abstractions that flow from the intimate process of working in situ.

The Henderson Fine Arts Center Art Gallery is open Monday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and during most events in the Henderson Performance Hall.
