A new ticketing system is now in use to purchase tickets to all events in San Juan College performance venues.

New ticketing system now in place for all performance venues at San Juan College

It’s here at last! A robust ticketing system for the San Juan College theatres. Many of our patrons have been excitedly awaiting the ability to reserve seats for events and now that and so much more is possible.

Welcome to On-Demand Ticket Sales

After extensive review, Public Arts Events, ITC, and the Business Office have selected and installed “AudienceView Campus”.

There’s no more waiting at the Box Office or will call or having to arrive early to get your favorite seat. Just show your ticket at the door, an usher will scan it, and you’re ready to enjoy the show! Reserved seating is available for both the Connie Gotsch Theatre and the Henderson Fine Arts Center. General admission tickets will still be available, depending on the event.

The new system makes ticket buying easy, shop online at sanjuancollege.edu/events or in person at the HFAC Box Office. Box Office hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, and one hour before any scheduled event. You may also purchase tickets by phone at 505-566-3430.

Convenience for the Audience

Ticket options include E-tickets delivered to your email. Show them on your phone at the door or print and bring with you. A traditional paper ticket can be printed for you at the Box Office as well.

The new system also puts in place additional processes that will enhance, not only the public’s experience, but those of the college in general. The Art Gallery will be able to sell artwork online, event reminders via email or text can be sent and coupon codes can be used. Multiple departments across campus will be able to use the new system for a variety of events and it will make reporting for marketing, programming and accounting easily accessible.

Thank you to the entire San Juan College team who worked to put in place a tool that will ensure the Arts at SJC continue to thrive. Special thanks to Karen Acree, Roy Lytle, Randall Keeswood, Jeff Parkes. Jeanne Winchell, Risk Management, and Marketing. Together we can do it!
